Social Web Tactics To ReLaunch Government Contracting Business Development Series

Social Web Tactics is pleased to announce that we are planning to reboot the GovCon BD Series that was popular in 2011 and 2012. For more information click here.

For those who are not aware, the GovCon BD series are free events where a panel of expert speakers discuss real sales challenges companies are experiencing with the federal government and how to overcome them. A significant portion of each event will include audience Q&A.

The goal of this free Webinar series is simple: get answers to mid-sized and small business government contracting sales questions.

Our panel will include some of the most popular government contracting consultants in the Metro Washington, DC region and the United States.

We will be setting topics for discuss over the coming weeks. In order to make this series of value to you and your company, please let us know what government contracting topics you would like to hear discussed by either emailing us at GetStarted @ SocialWebTactics.com or submitting a comment below.     Everyone tells us it is about building relationships with agency contract officers. How can a company that is not located in the DC area be competitve with those that are?

    I am a trained sales person. Yet in the federal sector I am not sure when I can be a salesman and when I am waiting for an RFP to be posted. How do I sell without selling or viewed as trying to sway a
    Contracting Officer to my company?
